Lorraine R. Fleming, President
Lorraine has been President since 1998. She has a strong background in customer service and accounting. Lorraine has worked closely with her husband, Jeff, to learn all there is to know about the drywall business to help grow Easy Does It Drywall, Inc. into a full service, competitive commercial drywall company. She is responsible for oversite of contracts, change orders, accounting, banking, and Human Resources. Lorraine loves to hear from her customers about what a great job we’re doing, both in the office and in the field!
Jeffrey T. Fleming, Vice President
Jeff is a long time veteran of the drywall business. He began his journey in drywall by purchasing automatic finishing tools and contacting residential and commercial contractors in the area, selling his drywall finishing services. After approximately thirty years, Jeff has built Easy Does It Drywall, Inc. into a full service drywall company, providing excellent customer service and competitive pricing for public works and commercial projects. Jeff’s responsibilities include the oversite of job schedules and customer satisfaction. He is driven to getting our jobs completed before the completion dates!
Brittany (Fleming) Snyder
Brittany joined the family business in 2009. She is a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School. Brittany has been hearing drywall stories her whole life. One of her first words was most likely “drywall”, and she has been interested in pursuing her future in the business ever since. She has excelled in training courses such as Blueprint Reading, and computer application courses. Her responsibilities include accounts payable, clearances, payroll, and administrative duties assigned.
Jamie Miller / Project Manager
Jamie has been in the drywall industry since 1994. He joined Easy Does It Drywall, Inc. in 2004 as a job superintendent. In 2019 he started the role as project manager. Jamie’s daily duties include collaborating with general contractors, coordinating schedules, makings sure jobs are completed in a timely manner, change orders, and organizing man power. When Jamie is not at the office you can see him with his adorable granddaughters, deep sea fishing, or vacationing at the beach.
Shawn Riser / Ceiling Specialist/Superintendent
Shawn started working in the ceiling trade in 1992. In 2002 Shawn started as a ceiling superintendent with Easy Does It Drywall, Inc. From metal and wood ceilings, acoustical ceiling panels, wall panels, to clouds Shawn knows it all. He’s the best around when it comes to specialty ceilings. He has completed training at Armstrong R&D facility, he is also OSHA 40 certified. Shawn enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and his three Bernice Mountain Dogs.
Tyler Rhoads / Project Coordinator
Tyler joined Easy Does It Drywall in 2019. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University. Tyler’s responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, preparing and tracking submittals and samples. Tyler also completes monthly billing, reviews material invoices, and assists project management as needed. In his spare time Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and is an avid college football & Philadelphia Eagles fan.
Nic Meinnert, Estimator
Nic started his construction career in 1997. He worked his way from the field to an estimator. In 2021 he joined Easy Does It Drywall, Inc. Nic is responsible for putting competitive bids together for projects through specs, project blue prints and overall field experience. When not at the office Nic enjoys spending time with his family, sporting events and outdoor recreation activities.
